Returns & Replacements Policy – Stay Golden Custom

At Stay Golden Custom, we're committed to delivering premium-quality custom apparel with care and precision. While all custom orders are final, we recognize that issues can occur, and we’re here to help when they do.

Eligibility for Replacements or Store Credit

We offer replacements or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Items: If a product arrives with defects in its construction.
  • Production Errors: If your order differs from the approved quote (e.g., incorrect sizes, colors, or quantities).

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of an order’s completion.
  • The item(s) must be in new and unused condition.
  • Supporting photos and details may be required for evaluation.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under these conditions:

  • Sizing Issues: Clients are responsible for selecting correct sizes. Every product includes an online sizing chart—please review these prior to ordering.
  • Wear or Damage: Items showing signs of wear, laundering, or use cannot be returned.
  • Returns after 30 Days: No returns can be accepted after 30 days from the date of order completion.
     

Returns for Exchange or Credit

Returns for exchange or store credit must also be:

  • Requested within 30 days of an order’s completion.
  • For items in new, unworn condition.
  • Approved with a Return Authorization number (see instructions below).

Shipping Costs

  • Returns can be dropped off or shipped to our production facility at: 4302 PE-13, Hunter River, PE, C0A1N0
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Return an Item

Request a Return Authorization Number

  • Email: sales@staygolden.ca
  • Include your order number, a photo of the issue and let us know whether you’d like a replacement or store credit.
  • Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Package the item securely.
